In 14:01, that is a look of anger restraint. Rolling eyes up means that he is not taking what David is saying seriously. It's like saying to the other person: You must be kidding with me. Next, he rolls his eyes down which means that he feels sadness and shame.Jared is feeling angry at David because he thinks David is making fun of him and he also feels embarrassment for what David Ayer is saying about him.

David Ayer was a deceiver and a Two faced. He should be cast not as the director but as the character Two Faces. In Comicon, he filled Jared with praise and even compared him to his predecessors like Ledger and Nicholson.«He knew that most of the joker' scenes had been cut and that he would be a character without the slightest importance to the story. Since the Joker was cut out from most part of the film, David Ayer could at least have had the minimum of decency and not put more expectations on Jared's shoulders.
