Omg, thank you soooo much for sharing this. I'm a huge fan of stranger things. I grew up in the 80s so this show and the friendships of the kids makes me remember amazing times in my childhood. I wish I could just live in it. I Soo wish I could go there. I live in n.y so going to Georgia would be hard for me. I live near new Jersey where there having a stranger things haunted house but unfortunately may not be able to go there to due to life and circumstances. Thank God though for you and others who share on KZbin so I can watch it there. Thank you sooo much. You don't know how much I appreciate this. ❤️❤️❤️

I was just there last week and went to most of the locations. That gate was open, I took a quick video and pic right in front of the school, instantly kicked out my the construction workers lol. The dude was pissed but got nicer after talking to him a bit. I’ve been intermittently uploading my Stranger Things film location videos! I always enjoy yours!

I got to go to some of these locations last year. My sister’s friend is actually one of the tour guilds and she works at that store you guys went to. But she took us there and to the boys’ houses, Billy’s grave and his house, the school and the Creel house which I have to say is one of my favorite spots because I just love the look of the house. And we got to go to Benny’s and eat there. I’m hoping to go back sometime and go to the other locations we didn’t get to like the Arcade and Hopper’s cabin and the lab (if they don’t tear that down).

My daughter is a huge Stranger Things fan, so we visited all the locations for her fall break. They were actually tearing the school down when we were there. We didn't make it to the video store/arcade--we will have to visit that one next time. Traffic both days was crazy!

I definitely suggest Jackson, GA, where downtown Hawkins is as well as Hopper’s cabin. Those two have been my favorite that I have visited so far!

Does the fact that the Show is willing to let go of these locations mean there is less of a chance of a future for Hawkins?! Spin off territory or a sequel set in the 90's would require them keeping these buildings alive, wouldn't it?!

It’s a TRAVESTY to tear down the school! Just because of the mold…repair the mold and the state would make an absolute fortune on fans alone. Like you said make it a walk through experience or even set up like it was in the show. Sad to see this heart of the show torn down. I hear they are going to be building another school in its place which is ridiculous to me. Lab is next on the chopping blocks big mistake as well. I went to about 90% of the filming locations from all seasons 1-4 and every location had fans at it…these filming locations would bring millions to Georgia.
