I use the To Do sheets for my action lists, master task lists, context lists, waiting for lists, projects, and even some someday maybe lists. You have enough space to date the item, write what it is about, and a place yo check them off. I really like them. They work really well and have that wonderful check box! I am using your idea about daily tasks. I love it, thank you!

Great video! You could try drawing checkboxes next to each item, then you can use the check box to check it off. Its a better visual than just a checkmark for some reason and makes it more fun to check things off.

I love that idea about the card holder being a weekly to do list! So cool!!!

Also a fellow optometrist in UK! Great to see a functional planner in use, I'm not a mega decorator in my Filofax. Good luck with the business. We've also just opened our own practice, so some of your Filofax ideas will be useful.

That's a great idea for storing recurring events! A card holder! I may have to borrow this idea. Thanks for sharing!

Excellent setup! I love what you did with the card holders. I know this might be irrelevant, but would you mind if I asked what nail color you are wearing in this video? It's so pretty!

I am implementing David Allen's method. That is why I am looking at the FILO fax . Nice video

I would suggest using check boxes beside each item and then just checking the item off as you get it done.

I struggle with the list marking, as I would like the items left to do to really stand out. The method I've been using which I've actually used for years is draw a box then write task, X the box when done, draw a line through the box left to right if it's is abandoned, draw right arrow if it's moving to a different day. Until I figure out the cross-out method I will keep it as is. I'd thought about marking through in a brighter/different color. Not sure yet...

I scratch out things I've done but I use a fluorescent pink gel pen so I can still read what is written underneath! :)

I have the same one I use for my finances only. I just use check marks to indicate a task is done. Whenever I have to continue working on it, I put a < in front of it.

Use a highlighter pen that is used only for done items such as blue, purple, or another color you don't use much. You could also do it in an ink color. That color can only be used for items completed.

What did you use for an image stabilizer? It really works. I sometimes find my videos shake a little, but I'm afraid to wreck the quality by using a program to fix it.

thanks for sharing - I do an old fashioned check mark next to items that are complete. for tasks with multiple steps, I do a check next to each one so if I'm multi-tasking I can tell where I left off. if something isn't completed in a day I use a right pointing arrow to indicate it's moved to the following day...

What's up doc?..hehe.When u asked bout crossing things off.I automatically thought of the moo-g stamp....if u watch "my purpley life" ,here on u tube. Her name is Jen, she used one to check off her "to -do list"...hope this helps.

when task is done>cross out if urgent> put "!" or time/date due by in front of the task. my favorite method is full adhesive post it note and write to do,and cross off when done or trash once done. post it can be moved day to day as reminder.

Try crossing it out in a red pen or felt tip marker that doesn't bleed...I thought I was the only one with that problem! (The one you stated about crossing out and highlighting...)
