And thats what I meant.... Anyways people good luck.. don't worry .... We psychologist always believed that if any ships are sinking, there is always a hope boat to help us come out and teach us to swim .... So if you're depressed then you can be cured ..... It's just an disorder that fluctuates the order of our mind.... So NEVER LOSE HOPE AND SMILE🤗😊

Jaby. Most people are Sad. The reason reaction channels like yours grow is because a lot of people don't have friends to really discuss about content they watch online. Watching a video together along with you and your friends makes that quest complete. The power you have through this channel could improve someone's life. Think about it.

The problem is the people who never get depressed they never will understand how does it feels.. 'Coz depression isn't always at 3am.. Sometimes it hits you at 3pm when you're with your friends and you're half way through a laugh and you just stop.. Then that feeling stays until you cry or get high enough to fall asleep.. In that moment asking for help is really tough..

Po it feels like there is no one in this world who can fix this. It feels like there is no purpose of this life. It feels like crying when I see a single person crying. The worst part is we can’t control our tears infront of people. We have to rush to bathroom. Unfortunately we can’t trust anyone around us to share this to.. we have to choose carefully whom to share our feelings with. Better to tell parents.

" I need help" are not just 3 words, its an inner cry and last thing one wants to say . Sometimes expectations, society , your upbringing, stress at work, feeling worthless , family issue and there are tons of reasons to be sad, but its true sometimes its almost impossible to explain what's going on unless someone actually tells you that " Its fine" to be or not to be whatever you are. Its really important to have ( Like mother) someone who won't judge you and tell you remain man . So kudos to all those who have the guts to speak and thanks to those who understand the unsaid pain .

A person who had never suffered depression will never understand. They may think that they know how is feels, but in reality it's not the same. You don't even need a reason to be depressed, it can happen to the most happy guy as well. I am one of the guy who is facing it from last 6 months. No one knows about it, because it's not physical pain that you can describe. Anyways, I started doing Anulom Vilom, trust me, its curable.I got relieve now.it is also connected to breathing.

The thing with the depression is, Most of the people who're depressed can't cry. Crying is out is the best solution to get all of your frustration out, but depressed people can't do that. They always believe there's no one who would understand what's going on inside their mind. Life is tough, and if you're an introvert, it's tougher because you don't know how to share your feelings. That's one of the reasons Facebook and Instagram are successful today. Introvert started living a cool life on social media, the life they actually wanted to live on. And soon, even on social media, extrovert took it over. . . And for everyone out there, whenever you meet someone, please be kind. Because you never know what a person is going through!

But the think is I come out insensitive more than quite often..it's like I can see the crap for what it is now there's no rainbow colours it's just black n white, good or bad, profit or loss, only two entities into which one of everything fits there come hardly few times which get in the sweet spot between the two..other than that.. it's pretty much simple for me now 😅😅😅😅... I lost my father 2 years ago... When i saw this video, i could relate so much to it. Last month a friend of mine lost her father. As soon as i heard, i had flashback of how i felt, what it was like for me. Nobody understands feeling unless they have gone through the same thing. So i made it a point that i call her up once or twice a week and just let her talk. Because I would've loved to have someone to talk to. I am glad to be able to help her through this. This doesn't mean don't talk to your close friends or people who have been there for you.please ask for help. Don't think that you're burdening them with your issues. WE ARE NOT A BURDEN on people close to us. Talk to them.. seek out to them♥️

It's true that people who are depressed try to cheer up others. And then they think that that guy's life is sorted and theirs is not, which is the exact opposite. My friend had gone through this and I know what kind of mental torture these people go through.....it's just heartbreaking. And surely asking for help is the best thing you can do.

Arnav Jaydev + Not exactly true. There are some people when they are depressed they try to pull others down to make him or herself feel high. Like insulting , humiliating, mental and sometimes physical torturing someone to feel own happiness. I had a friend like that. no matter how much I tried to make him feel happy. No matter how much I tried to be nice with him he always yielded at me. He used to call me into a crowd intentionally and humiliate me in front of everyone everyway he could. I treated him like my brother. He treated me like a worthless slave. Then one day I lost my patient. I punched him in his face. Teeth broken. Police was called by his parents. Parents vs Parents tag team battle royal. My team lost. I got beaten by my parents. Long story short It was all about depression. What's the reason? A girl rejected him.

Every detail of this video is the story of my life from 2012 to 2017. Friends don't help because they don't know how and everyone has lives and they don't really have time. And you don't really want to talk to anybody. This video was just perfect. Being in Europe far away from family didn't help either.

@gabru when the project that you have worked for 8 months becomes a major success, your boss surprise you with a brand new Tesla, you throw a massive party and go home with your office crush that night. But that night you cry in your bathroom because you feel absolutely devastated with pain and sadness, and feel your life is worth less. That is depression. No amount of "success" or "wins" Can make you happy. Depression is not sadness. You feel sad when you have a breakup or your dog dies. But after a period of time you don't feel sad anymore. Depression is a mental illness that has no cure. You can never cure it. But you can definitely manage it. Do positive things to keep the momentum going. You can have fun with people and care about others. Do what makes you happy and that pain deep within will be less painful. And it will give you the strength to wake up the next day and have another new adventure. I hope this will give you more clarity of what you have, and how to deal with it.
