Inspite of my parents were not convinced with pets i bought two fishes and from there the journey started. My mom got addicted too and she is a diehard petlover. Right now i have 3 aquariums with lots of fishes including flowerhorn. 3 parrots and the pretty girl LIZA ( my female labrador retriever). All you need is a start. Parents will automatically get convinced and affectionate towards pets and soon they will be given more care than you by your parents....😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅

Look it's not like they don't like pets it's just they care abt you imagine when the pet gets sick or even dies what will happen to you? And my father had like 2 parrots 4 dogs 1 cat at our home and handling them was just too hard the cat,1 parrot died and they eventually had to disown the dogs cuz of sickness they spread in our old house, i literally tried to get a pet for 7 yrs of my life but eventually I gave up cuz it's of no use lol

My story is like this only. One time I also thought ki ghar se bhag ke nani ke yaha rehe ke kutta paal luun prr nahi ho paya. My father also dosent like doggies at all then I told my father ki I will take a puppy and you see I will manage all. He allowed me.And in my 18 birthday my mom gifted me a huskey. And now I am the owner of 1 huskey,2 German shepherds.and 1 beagle.I am very happ now 💜

It is very hard to convince parents but if you have guts just bring them directly to home and do such a melodrama that your parents fall for you puppy. My pet loving hobby started this way only. Do not compare india to other countries India is in no way shape or form a properly developed country for humans itself let alone animals. Street dogs here are far more vicious than you actually think. The average aggression of an indian street dog will immediately be put down if it showed the same amount of aggression in other countries. If our country did decide to even solve the growing population of Street dogs in India you legit have no other option than killing almost majority or a big part of their numbers to slow down the growing rates.

People regularly make the lives of streeties difficult and then talk about how animals are dangerous. Just look around societies where people take care of animals and at least dont beat the, people live in coexistance with animals. The golden combination of feeding, sterilisation and vaccination is what the society urgently needs and is scientifically proven, but instead we find people like you who think they are much superior then the poor being born in the street. You talk about the average aggression of a dog right, if the average aggression which an Indian shows to a street animal is shown in abroad, those cases are taken seriously and people are actually jailed.
