In 2 years of studying science, I only ever had 2 days where I studied past 10 pm, and that to complete some project files. Never stressed about my exams, had a good sleep and just genuinely loved the subjects. Got 96 percent got admitted into a research program. Just take your time, and most importantly, prioritise knowledge over marks.

. Hello,you inspire a lot. I am grade eight from Nepal and I also want to take science but my friends,family and relatives are saying I have to take engineering either Go abroad and learn. From heart I want to go at science as a field of Chemistry or Space field. Can anyone adviced what is best Science or Engineering? Believe me guys you dont have to study 10 12 hours a day to crack IIT the key is being consistent even if you study 2 3 hours everyday(by everyday I literally mean everyday never skip even on holidays) you will achieve your goals. Best Luck to you all P.S.- The exam is very easy a lot of people stereotype this as impossible but you will realise this after wasting your one attempt and then regret your choices I would prefer doing all the chapter upto 60% than doing 60% of chapters fully(which will never happen because no matter how hard you try you will never be able to cover a topic to advance level fully the rabbit holes just keeps getting deeper and deeper) and also stick to a single Teacher and a single book dont try to travel in two boats at the same time even if your teacher misses out a few points just dont mind it(this is a major problem I also faced this people are more concerned about the 2% that he didnt teach and in this shit they often forget about the 98% he taught well and just keep switching teachers same with books, think of this in like first try to grab as many information and facts you can on a particular topic and if you left with some time, which is highly unlikely considerig the distraction you will face during these 2 years, cover the remaining topics) also while reading comprehensive theory dont use the read and memorise approach just read the theory like you read a novel just read and let the brain do the work dont stress on memorising just enjoy reading as the secrets of the universe unveil before you this will not only increase your interest in the topic but also provide you with time to read it again twice or thrice which in my opinion is much better than reading and mugging things and last but not the least believe in yourself just dont compare youself to others you are unique in every way(kota factory is fiction) focus on your life than on others work hard do your best and in the end even if you dont reach your desired goal dont get deppress try to be content you already did your best, after all what I think is there are no mistakes only happy accidents(~Bob Ross) we never know destiny might have packed something even better for you in the future.
