any my thoughts for this issue is it looks like you may have got moisture on the inside of the protective lens and while your exposure was cranked up to high plus its foggy so moisture level may have been a factor since you tried to repair it yourself

If the exposure was cranked up it would be even across the screen not localised. No moisture present.

first off you tried to fix the drone yourself while it is under warranty, you should have just emailed fimi and returned the drone or bought a new camera for it, and if i had the money i would buy another fimi because i have not had any camera issues with mine besides slightly tilted horizon which is nothing, Right now they dont all have big issues very few people have issues compared to the people who actually have working drones without major problems, heck FIMI customer service so good they replaced my previous 05/2020 model just because of the horizon tilt even tho that didnt totally fix the issue the Camera quality was the same on the second drone which was excellent quality, so i have had 2 of their drones with excellent camera video and picture quality, people please stop trying to fix the drones yourself if its under warranty.

I did fix my drone, the focus was out. I fixed that. That's not the issue here. BUT this vignette effect COULD be related to the lens issue. The lens are auto focused in the factory. IF the software is blowing the exposure out this could lead to the lens focus being set wrong in the factory. What I'm trying to discover here is those people with the lens focus issue, do they also have this vignette effect? I deliberately flew in these conditions because of the effect fog has on exposure. It highlights poor exposure levels. As you can see in my video in first 30 seconds the bottom is perfectly exposed, you see people on the beach walking. But in the middle of the picture in an irregular shape if a huge over exposed patch. I don't know enough about sensor technology to say it is a faulty sensor or this is software issue. It is NOT a pilot issue or a setting issue or condensation. This is hardware or software issue. I see on the forum others complaining of this vignette issue. So I am not alone with this issue. Secondly they did send a replacement out to my friend, turns out the replacement had the same issue. I know at least twenty people off BG that have the same issue. Many have been told no return from FIMI but have got better CS off BG. These drones all suffer horizon tilt issues. Some much more than others. They way I like to shoot it fucks my videos up. I prefer not to have it but I can live with it. It's not a big issue for me.
