Hi, stupid question but what about companies with negative NI but positive FCF? Couldn't they technically grow organically? (think SaaS at scale where the company get cash upfront for a service which costs them little to deliver)

Thank you very much sir. But that step (15000*1.047) why we didn't multiplied directly with 0.047
@AllThingsMathematics7 жыл бұрын
you can do that too.....but you have to make sure you add that result to 15000.....if you multiply it by 1.047, it does all of that for you in one step.

Is it right to say, that internal growth rate and sustainable growth rate are valid (i.e. can be calculated), when the company is operating at full capacity?
@alexcotognini46016 жыл бұрын
123 Inc has a profit margin of 15%. Its total asset turnover ratio is 2 and its dividend payout ratio is 60%. What is the company's internal growth rate? how would i solve this question if the ROA is "2"?
@PoojaSingh-rv3cs6 ай бұрын
IGR for the current year :- ROA*Retention Ration IGR = 2*40% = 0.8% IGR for next year = ?

Can IGR be 100%?

I don't even know

Actually I calculated IGR for a Company and I was surprised, that IGR Was 100%. The company Gross Profit is Huge and Net Profit is also huge.
