The way you teach, and explain. Top class. If I could, i would pay an arm and a leg to have you as my tutor. You simplify things, i finally understand these concepts. You are a lifesaver. Thank you so so much. I hope i am one day able to teach like, the world needs people like you. How i wish my lecturers would teach like this, instead of reading directly form powerpoint slides.

You explain things very well. Just like my professors did at the university. Too bad university professors suck at investing in the real market. Outside of their workbooks.

Great video - thank you! Just on the CAPM example - you did 4+1.2*(10-4) but wouldn't the bracket just be 10, given that 10 is the MRP? Do let me know if I've misinterpreted anything.

Question about your CAPM example. Shouldn't the Rf=0.04 and Market Risk premium=0.10 either way you end up with rE=16% or 0.16. I just was curious if it truly doesn't matter between calculating decimal or percent form.

A firm has 8,000,000 ordinary shares outstanding. The current market price is Rs 25 and the book value is Rs 18 per share. The firm’s earnings per share is Rs 3.60 and dividend per share is Rs 1.44. How much is the growth rate assuming that the past performance will continue? Calculate the cost of equity capital. Sir how to calculate above question???
