Favorite song of all time, so deep, so many layers and one I can listen to over and over again eternally, the choruses are angelic, it is a song of sad stories but the hope of redemption lies within.

One of the most breathtaking songs I've ever heard.... The last part that people have a hard time understanding sometimes is actually a verse that came out of nowhere in the studio. He says he couldn't even remember what he sang...

ChrisMarie93 Do you know where this band is from? Do you know what he is singing about? I get reference to St. Jude but I don't understand..... war? depression? etc? IF YOU KNOW AND DON'T MIND...... JUST THE GIST OF IT EVEN?

@Joey You forgot the last part of that quote... "But later in life i realized i needed to stop looking at Christians to see Christ. I wrestled with God, and he won." There's a lesson to be learned here. No man, not one, is perfect. And while we are called to follow in Christ's footsteps, we will all fail. We should not be looking at man for salvation -- we offer no salvation to each other. Only God can provide that.

Stephen Christian has found his peaceful place now. His life now brings him much joy especially in his three daughters. He has stopped looking at people to be perfect but has put his faith in The Perfect One: Jesus Christ.
