I can't think of anything more despicable than this... It's another thing if she had drunk herself under the table.. Even then.. it's unethical to touch her when she isn't lucid.. This constitutes rape... Couldn't he have told her that he loved her..instead of plying her with liquor getting her stoned..? That she hardly raised any objection doesn't speak much of her either... Whatever happened to self respect..!

@@sushiray80 I also had a big problem with the way this scene started. His intention to get her drunk in order to make her willing to sleep with him was completely unacceptable, although I do believe he wouldn't have taken advantage of her had she been unconscious. However, I was very surprised and impressed by the overall writing and how it slowly progressed from something disturbing to genuinely funny (even laugh out loud at times), and after that to sweet, romantic and truly touching. Just to clarify that I'm not talking only about the events from this clip but also about everything that happened later. By the time they actually did it, she was fully aware of what was going on and yes she gave consent. In the end they were just two people in love with each other. Both actors performed beautifully and deserve high praise for their acting.

@@jelenapetrovic3135 I just don't see the humor in this particular segment..I find it in such poor taste..it discredits the actors who essay the roles who I believe r of decent origins and similarly the viewers.. He had started on undressing her while she was out cold..how uncouth.. If she so consented..then why did she point a finger at him for being cruel ..getting her drunk into submission..? The story got off to a brilliant start..a girl so entrenched in her dreams and fantasies, finds only disappointment and heartbreak when reality is far removed from her expectations..and a guy who doesn't view her as she expects, who cares only of himself.. (Isn't this a dose of reality...?) So it was so disheartening to find such a promising story take on a different turn... The antics at Dawei hardly merited such a thought provoking beginning...I was so looking forward to the FL, coming to realisation, conducting herself with much dignity that it snags the ML's attention, finding her to be a woman of substance; of intelligence, decorum and forebearance and appreciating her for it...but it only showed her growing into an uncertain ninny with no inkling of her wants..(the guy has as much indicated his commitment of wanting to build a life with her authenticating their 'arrangement') ..the final phase was on him, having shed his selfish ways, working at claiming his family... ...and so I did a reworking..on free app Wattpad titled Dawei penname djv5surrey, on that I had envisaged of the resolution of their troubled and imposed arrangement...the alcohol factor, pregnancy and their seperatìon included..but I hoped would add some grace to what should hve bn a beautiful story of realisation and appreciation...

@@sushiray80 I agree with you to a certain degree. I think writers are mostly to blame for creating a mess in the last few episodes. They tried to keep the story going when it was essentially over the moment Tien realized he loved Moei and decided not to divorce. In the process they portrayed Moei as someone who was afraid to believe it was possible to actually get what she always wanted, all because of her low self-esteem (which was kinda out of character from my point of view). The last episodes were only worth seeing for Tien's amazing character development, one of the best I've ever seen.
