Because we have been in the Finals the last 2 out of 4 years since Wade retired, we drafted Herro, and traded JRich (who is back/so we didn't lose nothing) for Jimmy. And Herro was in the Finals as a rookie (in 2019 - 2020). He got us past Boston in the Eastern Conference Finals that year, but just have to stay healthy and we ain't giving him up.
