The reason you'll be tired in games like this is that you're playing physical defense from beginning to end. The only thing that matters is that you win. Jrue does small things that turn into big things. I'll never forget the Olympic team that struggled to win. The moment Jrue showed up, everything changed. After Durant, he played the second most minutes. The US Olympic team had only offensive players. They needed defensive players. That's Junior Holiday. If you think the smart foul was a shooting foul your not familiar with the new rules. It was a rip through. Jrue made contact pretty much as soon as he caught the ball. Newsflash: refs ain't that bad. They really aren't. If you have 3 complaints after a game, that's 23 other damn good calls. There are outliers (Wade 2006), but 9/10 times you can point bad players (Tatum) and bad plays (Smart rip-through), wayy before the refs. They don't magically miss calls more for you than them; it's called fandom. Focus and root for your team, and maybe they'll play better.

Can someone explain why the at 1:00, shot clock time was halved? Boston just took a shot before that, so shot clock was reset to 24s. But immediately it went down to 13s. Why? (Was it because the rebound was taken by Boston player? But isn't that a punishment for doing good offensive rebound?) Another question: at 0:24, Milwaukee took a shot but shot clock was not even reset. I understand the shot was poor, but that was because the ball was semi-blocked by Boston, right? It wasn't an attempt to pass.

Shot clock resets to 14 when you hit the rim and you have less than 14s remaining. At 0:24, the ball did not touch the rim (airball), hence shot clock did not reset.

IMO Boston is such a great team. Watching it felt like the Bucks were playing amazing and then check the score and Boston is right there within a possession all game.
