I've been an operator for 20. They say talent recognizes talent, watching you run that rotator could be the talented work I've seen. Here in states we dont run them a lot. We rely on strong backed youth to get the tough areas done. 👍👍

Hi Cliff! I've also noticed that tilt-rotators generally aren't popular in the US, but I've never really understood why. Do you know the reason for this, besides the access to strong backed youth? :)
@ConstructionMachineryChannel4 жыл бұрын
@@martinedelius It's true, they are not used often but I don't know why either. I record all kinds of excavators throughout the Chicago area and I have yet to come across one. Weird really.
@Aaron713042 жыл бұрын
One of the reasons must be the larger space to work angles from. It may also have to do with familiarity. When they do finally hit then you may see an explosion of them, at least in the older urban city areas where work areas are more restricted.

Yet another superlative job. I have turned so many Americans onto this channel. It's so amazing to watch such an artist with an excavator. I can't rake dirt as well as Hedblom can drag it. Great Job.

Who needs a hand rack when Hedblom can do it ALL with his excavator. Keep your videos coming. Waiting for Part 9 and Ten .

Thanks for the insight to why you're spreading topsoil over all the crappy dirt/grass/weeds, didn't make much sense to me until you said you were adding flower/grass mats. 😉

I can see they have this ancient fantastic survivalist "invasive weed" Kirskål / Kärs (Aegopodium podagraria) growing in the bushes as in all old farmyards. Next coming extra work is maybe to dig them out deep. Good luck, Hedblom! :D

yay, another episode, we were starting to get Hedblom withdrawal syndrome ('HWS' as its officially called!)... few questions, 1- the stone/topsoil is always screened exactly the same, do you quarry/screen your own materials?. 2- what volume is the grading bucket? and 3- who/what is that cable-tied on boom?... oh and we love the wheelbarrow mod too, that's getting copied!
@erik....4 жыл бұрын
Wheelbarrow mod?
@Bcc0rg4 жыл бұрын
@@erik.... the wheelbarrow has 3 rings welded on the top of the pan sides, by doing this an excavator/backhoe can lift when it's full with a 3 leg chain sling... if you take off the back sling you can also tip it while it's still in lift!.. think of it as a budget, portable concrete hopper!
