Most likely deeper than normal to get the interior bunker temps colder compared to a shallower bunker.

I know you bolt them and weld them on the inside and on the outside lip but what about the bolts themselves? Water can still get in through there . Do you seal around the bolts afterwards too? I know you take care of pretty much every single detail on these bunkers, but I’ve never seen you address the bolts.

Instead of putting in a ladder inside why not just put holes in the walls that would last longer and give you more storage space. Also please build us all a big bunker so thousands of people can live save together. We need someone who can save as much people as possible.

Do you put anything over the bolts and nuts on the escape trunk and entrance way other than spray foam insulation to make them waterproof? I know the flanges are welded inside and out but what keeps moisture from seeping in around the bolts and getting between the flange mating surfaces? Just curious.
