Picking at twelve I understand the value of edge players. Although, for this team drafting a non starting edge player at twelve seems ridiculous to me. Yes I want to improve the pass rush. You don't need an edge to do it. We can kill two birds with one stone by getting a DE. A starting DE pushing the pocket next to Allen will improve our pass rush much more than a fourth rotation edge player. I like Dallas Turner but there is no certainty he would start his rookie year. How much of an impact do you think he would honestly have getting around 30 percent of the plays? Not to mention we can't stop the run and need not only a DE but a NT also. Seems like a wasted pick to me. Can't stop the run but you need a fourth quality edge rusher that will not impact the run game? That's crazy to me. 13:58

If this situation actually happens, I could live with Laitu, and I'd be comfortable with Bo Nix competing for the starting job at QB. And I'd really be surprised if we could get Bower with any of the lower picks...but who's to say what could happen in the Draft?

The only player that I would be OK with Denver taking at 12 would be Brock Bowers if he’s still available if not, I cannot imagine them picking a player at 12. Trading down and getting a second round pick is going to be crucial for them. I’m not completely sold on Nix or Penix. To be honest I’m kind of hoping they can snatch up Spencer Rattler with a late second or early third. Also I’d love for Denver to draft Luke mccaffery

The reason why cam Hart didn't have huge numbers at Notre Dame was because the last two years there they literally didn't throw the ball to the side of the field . Also the main job for cornerback is to stop receivers from gaining yards and scoring touchdowns which he did the last 2 years

Interior dline is most important need for us besides qb . Besides Allen anf jones we have depth guys ir very low end starters

The Interior Defensive Line is the Broncos biggest need on defense. There should be no doubt about that. They have a pretty good Edge group as is, and good Interior Defensive Line guys make those Edge rushers much better. While picking Edge guys on Defensive and Offensive fronts might seem more sexy, those interior guys are just as important. Our interior run defense and interior pass rush has been terrible for several years, and it is because too many talking heads get enamored with Edge rushers in lieu of interior guys. Those types will fill their Edge room with 5 or 6 highly touted Edge guys while completely ignoring the interior guys and then will wonder why RB's are running through the middle of their defense while watching their Edge guys get double teamed. I will add that Sweat is a really good player! That is the type of guy this IDL needs. The guy is a baller!

Nix is fine if you can get him that far back. Love the draft until the TE. Also might have passed on Walker for an early OT or LB but kid this was the Broncos draft I wouldn’t be upset. Latu at that spot is great, love Sweat, Wingo & Hart. I also think Mcaff is a great move…that family just knows how to play football.

Yes, draft Bo Nix. We can't afford to play around and think Bo will be available later in the draft. If we believe Bo is the guy why risk it? The QB is the most important position. No way we should be be trading back to draft a potentially injury prone pass rusher. We just lived it with Bradley Chubb.
