Trauma definitely follows after near death... My father in law was suppose to be in a meeting in the north tower on 9/11.. He got stopped to answer a question on way there and watched it from the outside... He thought about that constantly.

Fun fact: The characters are named after horror icons; Clear Rivers was a writer or something; Alfred Hitchcock, Val Lewton (Cat People), and Tod Browning (Freaks and Dracula) are directors, and Lon Chaney (Phantom of the Opera) was an actor. There's also Agent Schrek for Max Schrek from Nosferatu.

[Edited] If you ever get the chance, you two should Most Definitely watch the original Twilight Zone episode called "Twenty Two". This movie is basically a reboot of that fun, creepy episode. There's even a hint of a famous TZ episode starring a very young William Shatner called "Terror at 20,000 Feet" in the scene when Alex looks outside the plane window. Actually, if you guys want to do something great, you guys should really consider reacting to the original Twilight Zone series. The episodes are less than a half an hour long, incredibly deep, and there are only a few seasons. It's seriously one of The Best TV series in television history. Each one is Platinum. Rod Serling was a certified genius. Great reaction, BTW. PS. The TV show, Dead Like Me, is also a really good option if you're interested in how Reapers work

I loveee that show! I was a Home Health Aid (for elderly patient care in their homes mostly) & one of my clients would have me watch at least an episode a day with her while we ate lunch together! It was unbelievably amazing to be a 26/27yr old girl watching a show like that with a 70+ yr old woman (who loved watching it when it came out) & get her perspective on the episodes. I honestly loved those breaks & miss the hell outta them!

@@jonbolton3376 no hate, but how is 2 and 3 your top two, both of those movies were horrible. Neither girl had any realistic time to have a premonition considering part 2 she snapped out of hers while being next to get on the highway, So unless she was able to drive, talk to her friends and listen to music while having a premonition it makes lil Sense. Part 1 is the best one followed by 5 imo

@@demetriusreynolds8178 maybe she was only stuck there and not driving. But they made us think that she had the premonition while driving and doing all that. In reality though, it was mere seconds. And how you gonna hate #2 when it had one of the best death scenes in which it had the "fire" rollercoaster song on, while the girls at the tanning salon were literally on fire 😜🤣
@demetriusreynolds81782 жыл бұрын
@@moonakieater2308 although what you’re saying could be true, it’s still speculation. And if we make that speculation for part 2, then we have ti make it for part 3 also since she snapped out of her premonition already in the roller coaster. This movie was more about the characters and how they were dealing with cheating death then being eliminated by it. The rest of the movies were only about the death scenes only. The characters in 2,3, and 4 were completely unlikable and idiotic. I do like the tanning salon scene in part 3 and the nail gun scene but it was still a bad movie, my opinion tho

The tanning bed death was in the third movie so you got that correct. Personally this one is my favorite out of the 5 and yes they are now working on a 6th one as well. It's death's wind that is how you know it's coming for them though honostly I have seen them all and I still wonder who the hell gives them the visions and warns them of their deaths if the reaper wants them dead at that moment. Maybe I am over thinking it but still it's an interesting thought. Gotta love Tony Todd aka the original Candyman and he's in all of them by the way. Good reactions by the way I love how she was telling you to wait for it everytime but you guys are right it is a lot like Mouse Trap the game and they most likely took the inspiration of how to do things from it haha. For me the first three are the best but you can watch the other two if you want even though they are not very good.
