Question.... A A charge back happens when a policy lapses prior to a 9 month period Because the policy owner stops paying the premium. What happens when a policy is sold and then 2 months later the insured dies and hence stops paying the premium? Is that considered a charge back as well? Or does the agent get to keep this full commission?

The charge back depends on the company policy/ I had a claim on a Policy Binder with Western Southern Life - and they paid the claim and the agent. I saw another company charge the agent back over a period of time.
