I'd also like to apologise for the somewhat grainy quality of some parts of the video, needed to tweak some settings in Nvidia control panel and didn't realise until I was long done in the first area. This makes me miss transitions into battles. Like i know combat has to evolve but something about the battle stance they would make in this game before entering into battle. Having the glow to black before revealing the battle. And having the music flow smoothly makes any battle memorable

I recently played FF13 for the first time in years, and it was a blast. Never completed the game before. There's something about the combat system - people say that it feels repetitive and stuff, but I enjoyed FF13's combat more than FFXVI, and dare I say even FFXV(which is one of the most beautiful, most cinematic combat systems out there). It just felt sooo... satisfying.

Whilst I don't like this game, I do think the music is very beautifully done. Who in their right mind thought it was ok to replace controllable party members with automated characters? You take away the satisfaction from players because of the lack of inputs needed in order to feel like they did something to beat an enemy or boss

​@@edgardohenriquez4079but that's the weird part though, I played FF 13, then went back and played FF X and thought to myself "hold on a minute FFX is literally just as railroaded and yet it's a beloved entry in the FF franchise. I don't think it was just the "hallways" structure of FF 13, but to me personally the cast didn't feel as diverse or stuck out as much as the characters in FFX, plus the plot was a tad bit harder to follow with L'cie, Fal'cie, etc.

I like how a lotta people thought this game sucked at first (myself included), but it's gaining a lil' more popularity these days =3 Once you understand why the battle system was made like it was, and how hard it can get to manage things the game becomes a lot cooler (least in my eyes, I love it now). It still isn't as good as some of the older ones, but it's not as bad as everyone thought originally either (my favorite is still Final Fantasy VI)

Nah, as far as I can remember - and it's indeed a long time ago - everyone wanted a great story out of this game, like the previous ffs, which ff13 didn't deliver. I mean, the story WAS there but in comparison to the previous ffs, it was "meh" at best. Which is pretty sad, given the setting and it's potential. The GAME itself was pretty good. Actually liked everything about it except the story.

i love this final fantasy because it was my first rpg game, i was 6 years old when i played first time. now im 19, and every ytime i listen nthe soundtrack.. i fell i gonna cry. i played the 8, 10 and 4 after the 13, and recently i played 15, and i have mire than 200 hours. probally i will buy the 16, maybe in 5 years not spendding money
