Ffxv was my first ff. Since then Ive played x, x-2, 7 remake and now rebirth. I plan to play others in the future. Ffxv will always have a special place in my heart. And I do love it. But it's definitely not my favorite ff.

People hate on it and I somewhat get some of the hate specially how it was on release and how long we waiting from 13 to 15 but man, the game had me in literal tears. SO good! If you can see past the somewhat dated graphics 8 is incredible, so is 9 and recently 14 is incredible, if you can handle MMOs I’d say give it a go

FFXV might be my top 3 FF games, with all the faults it brings it was one of the few that actually had my crying during the Leviathan part and the ending. I've never played the Comrades DLC! How is it?

@@CoreyFerrell I platinumed the game and played all the episode DLC apart from Ardyn and I didn't finish Ignis' one because it got taken off PS Plus just as I was playing it aha. Had loads of fun doing the hunts and the final section of the game is massively improved in the royal edition compared to the base edition. Definitely my favoured FF just ahead of 16.

I haven't played Ardyn either! I purchased it but haven't got the itch to go back to the game yet. That's wild they took Ignis off, that's the best one in my opinion.

this game is incomplete. need harder content. everything is too easy at the point you cant fail. but i love it its gorgeous and combat system also super gooooood

Yeah, the royal edition definitely fleshed some things out like the additional cutscenes from the film but you can tell there are areas that was cut.. story is so beautiful though!

When you clear MSQ and the "DLC" and play it all together, it doesn't feel incomplete. The second half without it definitely shows incompleteness though, I agree. I really wish they make an arranged/remix anniversary edition of the game, where they put it all together without needing to play episodes Also, there is harder content. This game is actually much harder if you're "under leveled", don't have much abilities, and go hungry 15 isn't for "top gamers", but some bosses are harder: ravus, ifrit, the deep dungeons
