So that means Billy and Chloé parents could also have been made into Sephiroth's clones 😱Oh my gosh at least Broden was lucky enough to have been "allowed" to return to Kalm and retain his sense of self and personnality after they were done putting J-cells or S-cells in him, but if Sam never saw Billy's parents after Corneo delivered them to Shinra, then that means they either didn't survive the experiments or they ended up as black robes individuals 😢How many people Shinra ruined for the sake of Hojo's experiments who in the long run didn't even benefit Shinra in the slightest 😫 ?

Traces of Two Pasts has a nice little side story where you learn more about the robed men, and it definitely doesn’t give you hope for Billy’s parents.
