He changes his voice showing that he is comfortable with the group come Cosmo Canyon and to highlight he is young for his species. The original played with this via text, in Japanese he speaks formally then drops into a Kansai accent come Cosmo Canyon, in English he goes from overly cryptic (or at least the poor one guy translating the original was trying to do) to a more simple, but direct style of speaking.

Elena better come through for Tifa when Shinra try to gas her. That’s twice she could have let Elena die but prevented it. Cloud was within his rights to finish her but it was still unsettling seeing him under Sephiroth’s influence acting so cold. Imagine the Turks’ rage if he had been allowed to follow through with it though.

I have the biggest feeling from part 3 onwards and whether they do a advent children game that cloud will actually be more ruthless and less forgiving and when sephiroth is dead and gone for good cloud will become some anti hero no bullshit new angel of death and less a hero from absorbing more of sephiroths personality since part 2 took the mind messing to the extreme. Especially since clouds style is a mix of zacks and sephiroths from what jenova inprinted on him and they are seemingly showing that cloud has a super strong connection to the lifestream like sephiroth since he has g/s cells and mako as the inperfect perfect sephiroth clone he is. He is also probably up there with advent children cloud or stronger at this point.
