It looks better than the DE Steelbook in my opinion and nicely ties in the image of the disk cover with same design, but different characters. Kind of feels symbolic in a sense

@@RetroMediaRoom I preordered the deluxe edition from Amazon. There's a collector's edition with the Sephiroth statue but it's close to $500.

Oh no not the deluxe edition itself, there's a second steelbook that only Best Buy handed out along with the game if you pre-ordered it, it has Tifa, Aerith, and Sephiroth on the cover just like the standard case with Cloud and Zack, I show it in the video.

@@RetroMediaRoom I tried to preorder from Best Buy Canada but no luck. Which explains why I ended up pre-ordering from Amazon. Buygame2 in Hong Kong has an exclusive FF7 Rebirth recycling bag on sale. It's a really big tote bag if you're into that

If you're asking about the Best Buy Steelbook, yes it was separate from the Deluxe set and had a basic plastic wrap over it.
