Actually, no, I don’t want a DLC, The game was so full of content that it didn’t need one I hope they continue work on part 3 instead.

50/50 here. I can settle for a single DLC campaign played as either Cid, Vincent, or both.

I actually thought they may have had an all inclusive DLC with 3 chapters mainly as a way to test the waters with Vincent and Cid. First chapter would be a chapter with Vincent going into the Temple of the Ancients and his trial. The second chapter would focus on some issues that Cid may be dealing with protecting the plane perhaps? The third chapter would focus on Zack where it would give the game a mini interlude on what is happening on Zack's in into part 3. After Part 3 is when we will most likely get more DLC. FF7 is a saga for the series which fan will always want more. Ever Crisis First soldier has proven that. We could get a Spin-off after the series is finished. Advent Children for the remake series I think will be different than the movie as I believe that the remake trilogy is a sequel; so with that in mind, I think things could play out a bit differently. Dirge of Cerebus will eventually get a remaster/remake like Crisis Core although there could be some changes or additions... also they haven't introduced Evan from the Kids Are alright yet. They could even do a sequel to the trilogy which would make the most sense after a series of DLCs. Before Crisis really needs to be remade (Not just Ever Crisis) because it has a lot of lore which is still not accessible to fans.

Yes, I didn't think of that with Vincent. That makes complete sense because Vincent's backstory is too important to the main story of FF7. They have to deal with that as part of the game in part 3 where we meet Lucrecia at the waterfall. They should do a temple trial where they introduce his game mechanics. That way they don't over expose his backstory before part 3. Personally I thought we were deinitely going to see a Cid DLC because he dissappears after dropping the party off at the Temple of the Ancients to fix the plane. So thats perfect to introduce some type of new region to explore. Cait Sith I'm not so sure about. It would be a good chance to allow players to get to grips with his combat mechanics which I felt was difficult to get used to because the mechanics are so different from other party members. For me, Cid definitely, Vincent a solid maybe. Perhaps even put a Cid and Vincent team up together and give them a type of bromance like Cloud and Barret.

I see Vincent, I click. As much as I'd be happy for a DLC before part 3, I think they mean what they say when they said they'd focus their energies on part 3 first. I think it would be good to give us extra content after part 3 because we're going to be suffering withdrawals otherwise. Great way to feed us content afterwards. More character expansions would be fantastic.

The Vincent DLC might even feature "deep ground" elements that Weiss hints at once you beat him in the Intergrade boss fight

I want an explorable Rocket Town Region DLC to coincide with the OG timeline. Lucrecia's Cave is also in that area which can trigger Vincent's backstory. Also to follow would be Vincent and Cid's arc at the Temple of the Ancients. I want to see them both gain Cetran Weapons too. Maybe when the party returns to the City of the Ancients I suppose...

They already said they won’t release dlc content for this game mainly because part three is such a small part of the story they will need to have some filler to make it seem like a full game. We just got the materia basically all that’s left is wutai and the final fight

Rebirth will not get a DLC but you know i would love an ADVENT CHILDREN DLC for Part 3 and Dridge of Ceberus DLC but not with this 3rd Person Shooter Style

I just finished Crisis Core and I feel like there are still massive holes in Zack's part of the story and I feel like to give him and Aerith a proper send-off they will need to spent a lot more time with them than what they did in Rebirth. I still have no clue how Zack fits into this story but if they just keep on going the way they did I get the feeling it's going to be super underwhelming. Also, while Rebirth was kinda "supposed" to be Aerith's part of the game, they didn't actually went that way and she also felt slightly underutilized to me as she mostly just stood there for a majority of the game until the final chapters. I think they will already need to fit so much content in the next game that I struggle to see how they'll be fitting those two and they both already have fully-fledged combat profiles so I'd actually really like a DLC with them instead of fitting some new content with Cid and Vincent which I feel like you can probably add after the next game, especially Vincent. Perhaps they are already planning on including their parts in the next full release, but if not I think it would make for some really cool DLC after Rebirth or part 3 depending on how they handle the story.

I don't think people realise how much content part 3 has, the team sure does have their work cut out for them. I am hoping for a little less of the fluffy stuff like side quests and Chadley intel.

The call it now. They have the dlc (vin) gameplay but won’t release it until they’re finished with part 3. That way it’s easier to have the voice actors kill to birds with one stone. Or to be smart about it they will rerelease Vincent ps2 game in hd and have another Vincent (ff7 part 2) demo in there. They have to have something ff7 to keep the hype going before release.

I wouldn't mind a dlc bit no really the game has so much content it kept expanding more and more as you progressed let the devs work part 3 so they can bring it faster FF7 Rebirth it's so full of content

I really hope they spend their time focusing on making content for the last game that isn’t just towers and annoying mini games. Give us actual stories. No more of this mini game extravaganza. That’s what the saucer is for. Although I loved rebirth I thought the side content in each area was underwhelming at best and bordering on annoying at worst. I wish they would take a que from the Witcher 3 and make side content that is just as good as the main story. The world is filled with unique charcaters and locations. Use them to tell stories ! And for the love of god, not every single quest and activity needs to be handheld to completion. The original game had stuff that if you werent exploring, you just didn’t find! Less menus and map markers, more real exploration!

Yeah, I don't see them getting rid of menus for side quests. Since both games included them, it would feel weird not having them. Now this is my personal opinion, but I don't like missing out on side content my first playthrough which is why when I play a game that doesn't have a "checklist" side mission menu, I just look up a guide. If a game includes it, then that saves me having to look up a guide. I understand that having hidden side content makes for great replay value, but for a game this large, I wouldn't want to replay the whole game just for a short side quest. Again, you make a valid point but I don't see them changing it. However, I do think they should focus on making the side stories better and get rid of the Ubisoft staple towers.

It's crazy that Square doesn't want like..$20 bucks from all the people that bought FF7 Rebirth. It could be a glorified tech demo for how Vincent is going to play in Part 3. I mean, they're already working on his mechanics, between both games they already built so many of the assets, and this way they can just offload some of their work for some quick cash. At least that what I'd do if I were a greedy corporation

there is a difference between integrate and intermission. and no the DLC for Remake was not called integrate, integrat was the name for just the enhanced version for PS and PC. the Yuffie DLC was called intermission. and intermission means inbetween not integrate. please research carefully before making videos.
