When you get to the part of the game, you can either have a date with Aerith, Tifa, Yuffie or Barret - depending on how nice you've been to the characters. But, the odds are heavily swayed in Aeriths favour.

Text was done using a fan made program called "Loveless" and I used the "Sephiroth Patch" to swap Cloud for Sephiroth. You should check out some of the other "alternate" date scenes/random FFVII parody vids I've made if ya think this was whacked XP

Btw the complexity of Sephiroths character - soulless as he becomes - is presented by the fact that he is your, Shinra, and the worlds ally at the beginning. He started as a good man. This by itself rings toward the fact that he did in fact have a personality originally. The fact that he has none now again makes him a tragic character, one of the games themes.

You can play as Sephy using a fan made patch. Or, and I can't vouch for this method, I've heard you can do it using a game shark, but I think you can only have him in your party that way ;)

Most of the guys at shinra knew she was, including the turks. so with all the studying Seph did at the shinra mansion and his high rank is solider I have to assume he knew. He doesn't need to reproduce for his plan to work, he just wanted to steal the energy of the planet as it tried to heal itself from meteors impact. With him at the center he would become really strong

I'm pretty sure GreatGreenOne meant Sephiroth had an Oedipus complex for Jenova, considering his obsession with her as his 'mother'. If you played VII, you'd know this, and wouldn't think he was talking about Aeris, or Lucrecia either for that matter since he never even knew who she was.

The point is "Sephi" and "Sephy" are both nicknames however you slice it. I kind of wish someone would do a full hack of Final Fantasy VII that changed the game around a great deal. Something along the lines of you play through as Sephiroth (Jenova being manipulated in Sephiroth's form, technically) ahead of the heroes, as the game is pretty much spent chasing around Jenova.
