Possibly the best song written for an FF game. I was 18 years old when I played the game. A good friend of mine was staying with me for the summer while his family's home was being remodeled and we spent hours and hours playing this game unlocking every secret GF and weapon or item. This song always takes me back to that wonderful summer.

I got to the end of the 3rd disc and I had read that if I start in on the 4th disc, then there would be some things I can't go back and get to complete collecting everything. As a result, I never actually finished the game since I never went on to the 4th disc.

I just finished the original 7 which had the worse art style but the story was good as expected from Final Fantasy. I'm gonna play 5 next as I intend to play all the games. I'm on my phone now, after I'll move to Steam and play all the rest on there.

I literally finished 8 last night for the first time. I have to say 7 is better and is still my favourite game of all time. The materia system is miles better than the junction system. If you can get past the graphics play the original. Everything about it was special. From the story to the characters to the music. Epic! Anyway. Good piano skills haha

22 years ago, I went to cinema to watch final fantasy 8 animation and fell in love when I heard this song by Faye Wong. Since then this song had been in my mind till this day. I never expect to hear a new rendition of this song again after so many years. The nostalgia hits really hard with this song. I'm instantly reminded of the scene inside of Ragnarok between Squall and Rinoa when the song started playing. FF8 is one of my all time favorite video games thanks to its story and song. I know most fans fawn over 7 ( it was a great game) 8 on the other hand holds a special place in my heart. This had one of the single best love stories in the series. The space sceen never fails to bring me to tears. Its also the only one to have a LOVE song made for it. Great work as always miss!
