Ff7 AND 8 are the two greatest FF games. I have stepped comparing them at this point, although 8 is objectively worse due to its wobbly storyline and orphanage plotpoint, unless Squall IS dead. BOTH should have a remake and like 20 rars ago 7 comes before 8.

funny how everyone has their opinions. that's all they are. there is no such thing as 'best' final fantasy. its all the players opinion. im actually quite fond of 9 myself. I loved the way they went back to the job system. instead of everyone being basically w/e you threw on them. to each his own though. I love almost all final fantasy before they made it all real time and weird to me. never could get into anything past 10.
