Funny how so many people get upset over having the option to make yourself OP and saying SE should patch it out when they did this on purpose. I bet if they try weak mode, they will be thanking SE for adding these OP weapons.

absi49 you stay lvl1... so even with strong weps it'll still be hard. The weps alone don't do all the dmg.

@@absi49 You know these methods are almost required for weak mode right? At least before Zodiac came before you could dual class. There's a reason you CAN access almost one of each type of weapon early that is 50+ atk.

I see they bumped up the damage, it used to be 45 attack and now it is 56 attack. I'm not complaining.

Thank you so much, I didn't got the gladius daggers when I was lvl 5 because I was dying instant so progressed a bit with the story and came back when I had Ashe. Put blind and silence on him and got it. It's still very good and I'm in the map where you have to face the fireball boss.

I've stolen it at level 08, still before Giza Plains... just kill Lindbur Wolf minions first. After, try the steal and zone out immediately.

oldbroken1 My choices are still very noobish. I will work on a guide over the weekend. in the end everything is viable. Just some combos are more optimal than the rest. the most important thing is for you to actually like/ enjoy the class you play.

Monk/Black Mage is a far superior choice for that combo, just fyi. WHM/MCH pairs very well together also. Foebreaker/Shikari for max quickness and access to fast attacking weapons for huge damage later in the game.

Just like in the PS2 version, i stole it with Vaan alone and after i had it, i killed the Were Wolfs and after i was level 45 i killed only Wolfs until i got the highest Loot. After that i killed a Dive Talon with Venom or Bio is it right ? and got the Burning Bow. With the Burning Bow i killed only Dive Talons until i was Level 99 with Vaan, everything before the Palace. :)

Reunion _K Now that is dedication! Burning bow will probably be the next guide I make. I hope I can get it to drop in a decent amount of time.

It took me 55 hour to do that. :) I have another save were i played normal, i was level 52 at the 57 hour mark so i think almost double the Level in the same time is a good thing and i can run through all the Levels with ease. LOL :)

If i think about it if everything turns out right i could do that with x2 or even x4. I would be between 15-27 hours. I think i do that. :)

Reunion _K 4x speed is a tiny bit too fast for playing I think. unless you have a good gambit set up. 2x would be good though.

Unfortunately to my knowledge the path to get to that area in the cavern is closed off until you get to the sandsea part of the story. Until then there is a ''waterfall'' of sand blocking the way.

Completely, but then again with this trial mode you can now farm Blood Sword A from the flowering cactoid and thats got 92 attack. This trial thing is going to be great for people who have already completed the game and want to try and 100% the game :)

I just got it at level 8 just Vaan before talking to old man the first time. I just grinded for the HP licenses, took out the wolf buddies, then spammed steal. He hit me 5 times and I barely survived with a stolen Gladius.

I did this solo with only Vaan at lvl 25 from the phoenix down leveling trick lol. Just feed Vaan alot of HP atleast 2000 and have some luck

I held off doing this (and other OP weapons) until I was in NG+ and now that I am in NG+, Wow! What a powerful weapon! Maybe because I'm in NG+ and my party are all level 90 it makes it even more powerful? It should last me at least until mid-game, maybe beyond. Will get the Karkata next, that will see me through to the end I think. Vaan has to be Shikari and Knight to use both, which should allow me to use other cool weapons too. Can use a shield too which I couldn't in my 1st playthrough. Thanks for uploading :)

Trial Mode makes early game way easier to be overpowered, once you've got a couple of the characters. I am sure you know this by now, though. Thank you for the video, though!

also you can farm winged helm in zertinan caverns with slimes huge str bonus and speed

best way to play game is being knight/white mage for all chacheters, 1 hand weapons together with grand armor and golden skullcap/ circlet and in the end you get 3 chacheters gendarme shield and 1 trango tower (1 hand sword) and masamune sword and durandal sword seems powerfull inoff to me and being white mage for healing cant be better then that i think

easy LP glitch without golden amulate chose trial mode go higher then 5 at least ( high as u can) then once u die load the story game with the auto save file then save game on crystal (use LP or save it up) then hit the pause go to main menu screen and trial mode again then once u die load story with auto save. u can equip a accessory to earn Gil instead of LP and do this glitch for Gil. I haven't tested it so amount of Gil is unknown but the LP is a great bit if you have double LP accessories

The easiest to get gladius is some chest in dalmasca easternsand , i get it around lvl 10

It's not as broken/guilty as getting the ultima blade in FF15 right at chapter 3. Now that shit is broken and made the game so much easier.

Well in VIII you can get the ultimate weapon that gives the ultimate limit break - the Lion Heart in Disc1 so....... sometimes the game gives you options, if it makes it too easy for you, you just don't have to use that choice I guess.

Wuzi Mu I believe it's been nerfed to 15 atk. so it can be the Bushi's (Samurai) starting weapon.

I doubt you still care after three weeks, but if anyone else is looking this up: Yes you can kill him once and still have him respawn, and yes you can still steal a Gladius off of him.

Whoa whoa whoa they made it so that the zoning trick could be used on non-ghost type enemies???? That's kinda crazy, I hope that and the trial mode LP/Gil/Items farming were glitches/not intentionally added and that they get fixed. The job system makes the game easy enough especially now that you can use 2 jobs, we don't need stupid farms like this to break the game, Dustia is more than enough to do that.
