Gilgamesh is the only true recurring character in the Final Fantasy series. I mean, sure, the name Cid has been in literally every game, and Biggs and Wedge, and several other names, make common reappearances. But those are all separate characters who have the same names. Gilgamesh, on the other hand, is the exact same guy, in every single game, constantly making references and inside jokes to previous games. Which makes him so awesome, and one of the best characters in the series in general.

Yup. In Dissidia they reference it too, though. When they introduce Gilgamesh, he is looking at Vaan, Squall, and Zidane and he says "say, those guys look familiar..." or something like that, I don't remember specifically.

Sora, Riku or Kairi just walking at world, they see something flashing, Gilgamesh shows up, he sees there keyblade, he wants it, then fights begin!, when he's been defeated, he goes back to the rift and probably get a keyblade called a fake arthur keyblade

Chuck Norris What's difficult about Sephi isn't his shit ton of health, it's just the fact that if he lands his combo on you, you can loose up to 3/4th of your hp. Plus, his skill which leaves you with 1hp and 0mana.

No, it's been confirmed he's the same person. Presumably his ability to traverse the void has also given him the ability to traverse dimensions, and travel from one game to the next. He makes at least one reference to Bartz and/or The Void in each of his appearances, even flat out saying "Is that you, Bar-?" in the Japanese version FFVIII. FFXI is the only real exception to this, and that's just because it's so out of place with the rest of the series.
