This track known as plains of eternity. For those of you who don't know and already know this track!! It's gotta great beat to it fire 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 track!! Catchy too! Sounds a little bit like an unreleased kingdom hearts track frls!!

FF13 was the entry i knew Square-Enix was becoming afraid of the Persona series when they decided after Persona 3 to add vocal tracks to everyday dungeons and mundane places to spice them up.

More likely the 7th generation of consoles had good enough sound chips to allow for it. If you compare the audio quality on the PS2 vs PS3 it's worlds apart, vocals in most games on PS2 sound muffled, on PS3 they're generally crystal clear.
