Watching this in anticipation of Endwalker, reliving all these years of XIV...and goodness, it's only built on itself, gotten better over time. I wholeheartedly have loved this game since 2013 and will continue to do so at this rate.

Quick Note. i already prepared the next video and added all the missing Cinematic (A Realm Reborn 1.0 and a new Beginning). So as soon as the Full Cinematic of Endwalker kicks in proberbly in Mai i will add it and upload the new video with all Cinematics again. Cant wait for Endwalker Guys ;D

Have you played the FF7 remake? It looks just as good in-game as any previous FF cinematic did.

@@Beatness121 it does, however its missing that bouncy, real life animation that fmvs have. theres a certain stiffness to it all. i dont know how to describe it and i cant quite put my finger on it...it all feels very robotic. like marionettes

As someone who played in 1.0. Ardbert is effectively an AU version of yourself. Everything in these cinematics is what happened in the SHB world, when using the tower to rewrite history, that all changed going back to Louisuix not dying to Bahamut. And our world become SHB and vice versa, in order to save both worlds.

Big Shadowbringers Spoilers here but Ardbert is . . . . . . . . . . The Warrior of Light's second half. Two parts of the same soul split between two worlds, which is why at the end Ardbert becomes one with the Warrior of Light, why Seto says you remind him of Ardbert and why you ultimately manage to contain the light within yourself and overcome Emet-Selch.

who are the 5 adventurers in the realm reborn opening cutscene? i know they're the warriors of darkness in shadowbringers but who are they during the battle? and where did louisoix teleport them to?

There's one cutscene missing in which you see them appear in a forest and begging a new adventure (ARR). The main character takes the job of bard, that's why you see him as a bard in the ShB one and that's why you see him having some flashbacks of him being a bard. The other charaters were supposed to be your compagnions (in 1.0) but the team later choose to drop them and to push the scions foward, the Warriors of darkness are supposed to be an hommage. Storywise they got sent into the future by a few years (that's why Cid has no beard yet in the 1.0 cutscene) and why at first people thought the ShB story (before it's release) was that we were once again sent into the future and had to litteraly become WoD to prevent us from letting Hydaelyn win (theory supported by little references like : thancred saying "this city has changed" which would have been a reference to Hishgard and not Eulmore, Ennemies being the same as the one from HW from which the WoD story was born and where we were told that Hydaelyn wasn't that good, The Exarch's last sentences refering the main interest as being rewritting the history)

You need to put copyright under it and you wont gain any revenue from those videos as they belong to square enix. But apart from that you can cut them. :)

At the end of flames of truth you can tell that the budget was running low Not critizing it just making a statement And it makes sense why ... thank you yoshi p for destroying this game and gave it a complete rebirth

yes there is definatly story spoilers in some trailers so better play throu the Story and watch each cinematic when you reach the addons :)
