That scene is easily my favourite in the entire series so far. The fact i was a warrior when i ran that dungeon made that scene hit 100x harder, almost like in addition he was giving me all of his power and experience that he learned as a warrior to add onto mine to kick the shit out of the final boss

this... probably is far more meaningful of a gift to Soken-san than anything else the community could have gotten him. It's things like this that help me realise exactly why I love the FF community. Beautifully put together and filled with incredible talent (and enough Ascians I had to struggle not go full PLD....), I can't sing enough praises.
