@jongleurbt1272 You start with a boss battle. Also, those cutscenes are to set up the games story. idk what you want. They don't overstay their welcome (unlike Fing Horizon). Also, you want the game to teach you basic commands, which it does rather swiftly. Seems pretty solid to me. The game does a lot in a little bit of time.

I didn't expect the demo to actually make me cry. The visuals, the story telling, the characters and the soundtrack. It's all such a perfect blend so far. Big game of the year contender already for me personally. After the lackluster ff15, this is really bringing back all the ff feels (even with the action heavy combat system)

@@bufosp yeh I really like it as well, especially since you feel Ryota Suzuki's DMC influence with the combos! I just think some people might use it as a counter argument bc it's not traditionally Final Fantasy-ish in that regard. Gotta love it tho!

FF12 and FF15 were kinda dull. 11 and 14 were MMOs and 13 wasn’t good at all. So it feels like a long time since we got a good main final fantasy and I think most of us forgot just how good they can be. Think this is gonna be great.
