Nah I played it on the Mame emulator and I don’t recall 3 being any good lol I’m trying to get Capcom Vs SNK working on it but dunno how? Also someone did create a mod with Hagar Vs Cody based on one of the latest SF games.. Changing Cody’s outfit and using zangieff’s render for Hagar and looks awesome.. it appears he used this author’s music clip too! Great job on those! The only thing I'd like to suggest you is to repaint Cody's hair to a light brown, for maximum accuracy. He didn't become a blonde until later in the SF games. It's a little error most people do when depicting classic Cody :)

The pitch bends are a bit stiff, but other than that, pretty good arrangement! Also, how the hell did you manage to make shit like samples work on FL? I have tried using a few samples there, but they dont even play correctly, which sadly includes the CPS2/CPS3 pack I have, so I cant really do any remixes with those samples as well. Also drums, but that might not be as hard as long as I make the samples work.

Thanks! Yeah, It could've been better, but back then I wasn't as proficient with bends and vibrato as I'm now :D I just put the samples in the "user" folder inside FL's directory. Any samples should work, unless they're in some weird format.
