Dr. D. Babu Paul, former Additional Chief Secretary, 78, who passed away on April 13th, early Saturday morning was a man of many facets
Dr. Babu Paul known more as a raconteur, author, columnist, opinion leader, lexicographer and theologian, always left a deft of uniqueness in everything he did and always annotated with a smirk of laughter.
Here again in this message he provides a farewell address to all those "from his coffin".
