Mine is a 2020 and I cannot for the life of me get my 0-60 under 4.5 seconds. How are some people doing this at 4.2 seconds? I've tried this when it's 50 degrees (F) outside and it's dry as well. There's no launch control so I do brake boost it a bit, maybe there's a trick to brake boosting it and I'm not doing it optimally.

Filter is about $20 on Amazon and oil is around $70-80 because the car takes about 6.8-6.9 quarts of oil.

Idk if I’d choose a 4 cylinder over a 6 cylinder engine if you wanna keep it stock then yes but if your gonna want more hp go for the 43amg

Is changing brakes "only" 2 times in 40k miles supposed to be good? Pretty sure brakes lasting

Your mentioned service costs are irrelevant since the car itself decides what's needs to be serviced on top of the regular replacements.
