Final prep for the Tour de Boerne 2024/Long ride/still having issues/New drive train on my bike!

Well the 2024 Tour de Boerne is almost upon us and I still feel like I'm not even close to being ready! The only thing left to do though is to toe the line and go for it!! Whatever happens happens! I also got my bike back from the shop and had the entire drive train replaced! It seems to be working well so I'm pleased with it and I'm glad I had it taken care of before the T de B!
