Want you to know that I appreciated your videos, your "can do" attitude, your close relationship with your dad, and your thoughtful narratives regarding your boat restoration work. I think your audience would have expanded over time, but I certainly understand that video work takes a good deal of time, and a lot of effort. I urge you to curate your work for your kids and, eventually, your grand kids. Your wonderful character and humanity are well depicted in the videos, and your family needs to have this record of your work and effort.

mate, the hours you work at your day job and then the hours you work on Kiarra and other projects , all of which involve a million man hours not only just to do, but video and edit for little or no cash reward eats not only into your family/free time but also can impact your finances. so here is a big thank you for sharing so much time and effort with us and wishing you all the best for you and your family. I'll be stalking Kiarra again in the future no doubt and look fwd to her new powerplant being installed and seeing her in all her finery, when ever that shall be. Such a shame, thoroughly enjoyed your channels, you will be missed. As others have stated, you haven't let anyone down, you have to do what's best for you and yours. As for your comment about skill, skill comes from doing, you did and it went slightly wrong, so you learnt from that, that's how you become skilled, so don't put yourself down over it, you'll get there, as we all do/did. As a 60 year old engineer, believe me when i say how i've learnt over the years,. Anyway, thank you for the channel and i hope you will keep us posted on Kiara's progress, even if it's only a couple of times a year. In the meantime, take care and all the best to you and your family..

Tim, I’ve watched every episode. Thank you. You are NOT letting anyone down. You have downloaded massive amounts of DIY from a guy just like us. No clue but, let’s get to work. Faith, Family, Food, Finances, then Friemds. Keep Christ centered and he WILL guide your path. Have you thought about a quick intro the quick time lapse of the project your working on that day. Quick 5 or 10 minutes. I think you tried to put too much content. Your audience loves you and your integrity. You might try a quick time lapse on the primer or paint…. Head… rub rails… no words just action. An intro, outro, I think that would be quick, painless, and it may take off. Up to you. God bless from Oklahoma

You my friend have done an amazing job with your project boat, appreciate the sustainability aspect, and work involved in owning an older boat, I also have an older timber boat and are about to embark on some videos showing the boats journey through some repairs, etc, I have a youtube channel but due to lifes issues have not done much on it yet, .I already see the amount of work involved in producing something worth watching from watching you and your channel .....a big ask so a bit daunting but I am determined to get something out there, I do think though it is a shame there are few chhannels fom Aoz or NZ showing the older classic-timber boat repair journeys, issues, good ba dand downright bloody ugly and think that this is a shame and one of the reasons I was subscibed to oyur channel having previously owned an older Hartley launch as well....thank you and please post some updates and maybe once you have settled things a bit you might throw some more up,

i know this is probably a bit late but the reason the edges didn't work out for you is just a simple mistake as you need a larger radius on the edge, as fiberglass wont bend on such a tight radius. its a simple mistake that a lot of people don't realize.

mate, I can't say I'm not disappointed but family and life comes first. Always. And every time. Good luck, wherever life take you. Thanks to disability and discrimination, my budget never extended far enough for me to buy a boat and kick off *my* youtube channel. The $5k I have came close but ultimately fell short as everyone want top dollar, even for the worst vessels out there. Not being mechanically included nor having ever done any fibreglassing in my life is also a hindrance. (Also, the sudden passing of my cousin who was into boats, who was going to teach me everything, has devastated me....) Maybe that was for the best as I'm better described as Autistic than Artistic. Because I am Autistic and, despite there being a large proportion of people on the Autism spectrum who are so inclined, I am in no way artistic. And that includes filming and editing. Highlighting the beautiful Moreton Bay, Gold Coast Seaway & canals, and the inland waters of the SE Queensland, North-Eastern NSW area is probably best left to someone else, when someone decides to.
