So this is the second one of these I've watched now, and loved it instantly... and now I find out men and women can compete equally! Totally sold. She gave her all trying to take red&white shirt on the high road, but it didn't work... she fought on tho. Ces't la vie!

Lorsque j'avais , comme vous , une vingtaine d'années , ce sport n'existait pas encore mais cela m'aurait certainement attiré. Bravo encore.

And after the jump, she was a bit out of line for the next corner, and came close to clipping the post on the right. Amazing ride and watching her duke it out with the guy in the Pink and White Jersey. I was so rooting for you girl. We do not have anything like that trail in Arkansas.

Muy bien tu carrera. Eres mas fuerte en terreno rocoso y biem escarpado superas a los hombres en destreza y valor. Pero en bajada en tierra o arena y subia en terreno liso te superan. Entrana cambios de ritmo y de terreno en donde te superan, fortalece mas tu tren inferior algo mas de musculo y e ige mas tu sistema cardiobascular dos grados por encima de lo que ya tienes. Vuelve a correr por tiempo contra el mejor tiempo de esta carrera cuando creas que estas mas fuerte y veraz cambios. Toma oxigeno embotellado despues de cada carrera aumentará tus niveles de globulos rojos. Felicitaciones. Un abrazo Estoy orgulloso hermosa chica.

The larger tyre on the front guys. Faster to have the lighter one on the rear and more control with the fatter one on the front! Damien almost demonstrated how the rear tyre is less important as he completed one of his mega avalanches with a completely blown rear tyre. He was actually doing fairly well with it till the inner tube got caught in the and cassette. TBH I'm not sure why he was running tubes.
