This is a one-map Quake3 Defrag movie about Shio and his run on the hardest map in Defrag. To complete this you need maximum concentration, control your moves and balls of steel, because if you fall down once - you die.

@@BlurSentinel koz24 is very long but does not require that much focus/skill to finish it (easy straight strafing mostly), no death triggers either. If you fall down once in final-torture you will start from the first room again. (way more pressure)

To this day I come back to this video and reminisce about spectating Shio on his attempts. There have been other feats that were achieved singularly by incredible people throughout history, but even among those this one is impressive.

the last part of the run is amazing - it's usually very shaky and nervous finishing such a map, but you can see almost no hesitation here. sad thing I can't do the last part :D
