Fabulous insight Mark. I totally concur with many of your insights; especially the number of incorrect linesman’s flags for offside as we attacked the building site (Old Kop) end - I was screaming at my TV! So much so the wife left the house!! The further insights you mention were very informative: for instance I did not see the block off on Dalby for the NC penalty awarded corner. Plenty of class performances but I was especially pleased for Jacob as he lifted his standards well after a very poor Halifax showing. Quote: It’s not done yet! Exactly. Hi Mark, you mentioned about Cannon losing the ball at one point, getting the ball stuck inbetween his feet. I observed same but, his left foot was actually dragged back by a Notts player and it was yet another missed foul by the officials.

While I was unable to watch the game live. It was great watching the replay of the game. The atmosphere was electric. I was wondering, though, if there is a way to hear the local radio calls after the team scored. As a fan of American Football, while I love the national broadcast, it's always great to hear the local radio calls when some amazing play happens.

Great breakdown analysis on the match Mark. The offsides called were so poorly given and as pointed out by the pundits and announcers on BT Sport, Gaffer Parky called the reds out on five bad calls in the first half (the alleged yellow given on the second half lashing by Parky to the refs). The long hall or over the top ball was not a bad idea but we have to become better at pressing on and making the extra pass as needed. Thank God we won as this was a battle for the ages, no doubt. Absolutely right about how we cut Langstaffe off. I spent about 15 minutes in the first half just watching him. All he did was walk round in circles waiting for the ball and he didn't get it. What a game though. They'll be talking about this one in 45 years' time the way we all talk about the Rotherham match.

Terrible referee, linesmen. Every decision was against wrexham..it was so obvious.
