Osaka, Japan, September 29, 2019 - USA defeated Korea 3-1 (25-21, 25-16, 16-25, 25-22) in the first match on the final day of the FIVB Women’s World Cup at Osaka’s Edion Arena on Sunday.
Osaka, Japan, September 29, 2019 - The Dominican Republic closed out its FIVB Volleyball Women's World Cup campaign on a positive note against Serbia on Sunday at Maruzen Intec Arena Osaka, taking the match 3-1 (25-22, 25-21, 22-25, 25-17) and wrapping up the tournament with a 6-5 winning record, while Serbia dropped to a 4-7.

@Jia Jun Zhang -- This competition is a round-robin tournament! Each contestant meets all other contestants in turn. Winning 3-0 and 3-1, winner gets full 3 match points and loser gets 0 MP Winning 3-2, winner gets 2 match points and loser gets 1 MP Then team that earns the most MP be the winner. If two teams or more have the same MP then determined by number of sets won and so on.

they were exhausted coming from euro championship. that's also why serbia wasn't able to send most of their team A line up. no milena, tijana, brankica, jovana and maja. turkey also wasn't able to send a team. euro championship is so intense.
