Hi di, by god's grace I passed my driving test in first attempt (with almost perfection if i may say so :)) I use to drive in India and then when I came here I practised on provisional license for sometime (there are rules/laws related to it) and then I took only 10 to 12 lessons from an instructor.

Not sure if it is mandatory to get the house cleaned by an agency. It can be done by tenants as well if I am not wrong. If time/capacity is an issue may be you can just get the kitchen and bathrooms cleaned by the agency and do the rest yourself for a cheaper option but if affordability is not an issue then agency is the best. And you can also donate furniture, household items, clothes to charity via council website for free (some do come, check the condition and collect it from home) hope it helps!!
