The large brush and diffuser attachments are both listed on the Dyson web page. $39.99 each. But are sold out. I would not buy a new machine just for a couple of attachments. But it was nice to see how the brush works on curly hair.

Little tip for optimal results / time saving Before using the large round brush go you should use the smoothing brush get the hair to a 70% dry then use the round brush. Your welcome!

I think comparing this new brush to the Shark Flexistyle would be good. One of the reasons I would have got the Shark is because of the bigger brush. I have fine curly hair though which does like getting stuck in brushes so I am a bit concerned about the bristles on his new Dyson brush. The older small brush scared me a bit, lol!

OMG FINALLY... I HAVE BEEN PUTTING OFF BUYING THE DYSON BECAUSE OF NOT HAVING A BIGGER ROUND BRUSH... I'm so bloody happy that they finally brought this attachment in. I love the review but could you pleaseeeeeeee compare this new attachment to the revlon or shark flex or amika.. PLEASE 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽 I already know the heat setting is gonna be an issue cz Dyson doesn't go too hot like the revlon or shark flex or the amika does but I want to see and know how it compares to the other (cheaper) competitors.

The Shark flexstyle round brush is too pokey and rough for my hair. I love the small round Dyson brush and am anxious to know if this larger one is just as smooth and gentle as the small one.

I can’t believe they are not selling the attachments separately! People with an air wrap have been waiting for this! I hope it won’t be long before they make it available separately. It doesn’t look like any of the attachments can be purchased a la carte at the moment.

Hey Julissa, hope you are well- I got the shark flexstyle based off your recommendation and LOVE it I have thick long curly 3b hair. I was wondering if you experienced any wobbling of the attachments? My round brush attachment wobbles a bit when I use it and I notice it especially when I’m blowing out my hair (I use a lot of tension) it’s a little bit annoying. It doesn’t fall off or anything but definitely jiggles so was wondering if you or anyone else has experienced this (this is acc my second one as I had the same experience with the first unit and shark kindly sent me a replacement).

HELP> dyson vs. revlong. pls help guys. i have thick, coarse, 3b curly hair that ive been straihgten for a while: flat iron 2 years, revlon for a year. i have so much heat damage despite usong the revlong for the past year along with hair oiling and hair masks weekly. so many split ends and so much breakage. i assume the revlon is better than the titanium flat iron i used earlier, and its wayy faster too. but... it is causing damage, so i bought the dyson. pls help me. idk if i should return it. actually, my mom bought it for me bc im a kid. but idk if its worth it. i tried the round brush attachment once and here is my verdict: my roots are wayyyy flatter than from the revlong bc of the smaller barrel. used less time than the revlon. **someone whose used both can u tell me if the dyson is heat damaging? or if youve only used the dyson on curly hair, have u noticed heat damage???? pls help me. ill feel rly guilty if i waste my mom's money. it's ONLY worth it to me if the round brush dyson is less HEAT DAMAGING than the revlon. i like using the curling barells, but that's not why i bought it..,,,

I had to justify the Dyson hair dryer but that’s cause I do my hair on a weekly/biweekly basis and it’s fast drying, prevents a huge amount of heat damage and comes with attachments. Would I ever buy it again? Most likely if I need a replacement but not gonna buy any other Dyson hair products lol

I honestly think I can. You get an excellent product with a very good warranty and customer service. You can send it back and have it fix by dyson if anything happens to it. It is an investment but it’s well worth it. I bought mine in 2019 and I still use it weekly or biweekly.
