FINALLY... A Control Deck that is FUN to PLAY!

One of the weird things i notice about Pokemon with great defensive Abilities, is that they almost always ALSO have attacks that will punch through such Abilities. For example, look at Mimikyu, Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex, Aegislash etc. This makes Mew ex （or any other Pokemon that can copy attacks） a nasty surprise as they can just copy the attacks and go through your Ability anyway. i did once saw someone played Mimikyu together with Toedscruel ex to protect Mimikyu from Mew ex, which i thought was a clever trick, but such tricks will not save Cornerstone Mask Ogerpon ex or Aegislash 🤣

They always design cards like that on purpose, so that way you don’t instantly stalemate in certain matchups. Cornerstone is a perfect example of this, because if its move wasn’t a Shred attack, theoretically 2 decks playing quad cornerstone or something would have no way to attack each other.

Played this and laughed while my opponents scrambled, then after a couple of games just got bored. Has anyone played this for a long time and not gotten bored? If so how?

i enjoy making my opponent's do exactly that in most online games. For example since i'm a top main in league of legends when i go ap i will typically play teemo or if my team needs a tank tahm and if you ever played league before you know both of those champs are a pain to deal with in their own way and why i enjoy playing them so much, that is why i can play these decks endlessly and have so much fun while doing so win or lose if i make my opponent hate the match i am content, though an aside since ptcgl doesn't have a chat feature i can't get as much enjoyment as i may playing those champs in LoL.
