We finally get a good, solid, successful day of barley harvest. However, it was initially interrupted by a fire ban day, keeping us out of the paddock for 24 hours.

Hi Henry, our 9770 JD Header engine temperature was getting very warm the other day, we didn't know what was wrong. But after talking to a Mechanic who had worked on the machine for the previous owner, said that it was probably the fan belt as it had happened before. Sure enough after installing a new fan belt bought it back to normal today.

Yeah around here the barley weights are down. A cattle feedlot that buys Barley here, has a min 62.5 weight, and guys are just making that. But some are being turned away. It’s a bit nervous when you have the do a Contract Haha.
