To answer your question about the Carina, the four sedan featured the quad headlights. The coupe and the Surf (wagon) featured these different single headlights. The van and taxi featured quad round headlights. In Europe, all body styles featured the same single headlights. You can't simply exchange them as the mounting of the headlight brackets to the fenders is different from each other. This is the reason why I never was able to fit mine as I still needed to hacksaw my fenders to make them fit

Thanks for the info! To add, it's quite easy to do the conversion. You only need to cut things that are not visible on the outside of the car. I'm sure you know this already but someone might not!

I had that model Carina back in the 90's here in Barbados 🇧🇧. Were sold here in Barbados with the 2T engine. BEST Toyota car I ever owned or driven and I had quite a few Toyota's through the years. I currently own a 98 Corolla AE111 and also a Canadian Model 93 Camry V6
