FINALLY Black Reflectors for the rear bumper on a BMW F30

After a year of saying we were going to put these in, it's finally here. Black reflectors for the rear bumper on a 2015 BMW 328i xDrive.

Before removal tape the area around the reflector.....especially where you'll pry against the bumper cover with the trim tool!

I couldn't find these black reflectors. So I ripped my OEM ones off, which for me was a pain in the ass. Then I wrapped them in gloss black vinyl. They look complete the blacked out look. Great tutorial!

Awesome video man. I just removed mine, sandpapered them a little and spray painted it black. Hard to find them otherwise in Malaysia

Would it be easier taping up everything with newspaper/tape and just spray painting them gloss black?

You could, but I’d be careful about over spray

What about the strip between the reflectors? I see it’s black but was it always? If not how’d you do if

It's just a stock black strip, it's actually blue-ish gray colored. Honestly you could probably remove it, wash it and just paint it black with a can of spray paint.

Pop them off cut the opening space and put aluminum mesh

@@kbautoproject purchased said depo reflectors, no complaints with fitment as they look great. Install took only a couple minutes. Highly recommend.

why would you put glue on there, now you can never take it out without damaging the reflectors and possibly the car paint. maybe 3m tape would be better

Well to be honest I never had any intention of them ever coming off again. Secondly, I wasn't even sure I would be keeping that bumper because I was wanting to swap in an M sport bumper, so it didn't really matter 🤷‍♂️

I have the m sport bumper, did you get yours yet?? Do you think these will work for the m-sport bumperr??..I need these red reflectors off lol..!!!

No these won't work for the M sport bumper, those are slightly different I'm afraid but I feel ya lol
