@Raptor Erasing that inner-wall between the kitchen/Hallway and the Living room would've given you the open floorplan that you want. You had it but then you re-added the walls and re-created that same error again.The game only accepts closed walls. By eliminating that wall the only walls around that space are the closed walls of adjacent rooms. Don't worry about the Opening direction of doors while in the planner! When it's time to install them you can correct it by pressing Q when placing the doors. It will shift it's orientation so that the door swings open and closed in the opposite direction. The black and yellow striped platform at the Job/construction site is for online shopping deliveries. It has a limited capacity. If you have access to online shopping you don't want to be blocking that platform.

I am not sure but if you go to the property before you get the title deed you might be able to demolish the previous building on the property as some of the land that you can buy in the game has a building on it already that looks just like the ones that you get when you do a demolish mission and make if you clean up any trash and then demolish the old building you might make even more profit then what you make by selling the new building after it’s completed

I think the game crashes toward the end of stream we’re likely related to dysync caused but the ‘accident at the hardware store. The girls were seeing recycling boxes all over the road, and then raptor went and recycled them. I would expect this to cause a conflict in entity reporting between the clients?
