I live in the same colony where you checked the apartments in the beginning of video. We shifted there last year end, and we are really happy Masha'Allah with our decision. One of few colony in the UAE which provides park and open space for kids to play. Aap bina kuch soche haa kardo, waha life bohot sukoon wali hai plus you will get lot's of school option nearby.

I loved the old flat..massive floor area beautiful view...new flats were more like a box very tiny compared to the old flat. You can ask the owner to reduce the price as you have to invest in building the new kitchen and the bathroom. Trust me, new houses, appliances, and quality will be much cheaper than the old flat.
